You can adjust the order volume at any time. Date or time changes are only possible up to 7 days before the move. Later changes may result in additional costs.
For changes within 7 days to 48 hours before the start of the service, you will be charged CHF 100.00.
For changes less than 48 hours before the start of the service, 50% of the booked amount will be charged.
All date changes that do not fall within the above deadlines can be made free of charge.
MoveAgain selects the right partner for you from our partner network. We check all our partners through various checks and select a local company for your order.
We coordinate the date for the handover together with you during and after the booking. The handover with partner company and administration should take place at the latest 2 days after the cleaning.
Our partner companies start in the morning between 07:00 am and 09:00 am or in the afternoon between 12:00 am and 2:00 pm.
The packing of the boxes can be booked as an additional service during the booking process.
The disassembly and assembly of the furniture can be booked as an additional service.
This can vary greatly. As an orientation aid, we can specify approx. 25-30 boxes for a single household. We recommend about 20 boxes for each additional person.
You will receive the emergency number one day before moving or cleaning.

The number of employees on site is estimated by the moving and cleaning company.
If possible, we will look for a regional partner for you.

After moving or cleaning you will receive the invoice with all payment details by e-mail.
It depends on the payment method you have chosen.
Please always report damages in writing to MoveAgain.
You can choose between the following payment methods:
- Payment by invoice (via POWERPAY)
- Payment by credit card
- Payment in advance

You are not obliged to offer tips to moving and cleaning helpers. You pay the fixed price agreed with MoveAgain.
Cancellations must be made in writing via https://www.moveagain.ch/kontakt.
Cancellations within 20 days to 7 days prior to order execution are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
For cancellations within 7 days to 48 hours prior to order execution, a cancellation fee of 80% will be charged.
For cancellations within 48 hours prior to order execution, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
Insurance / Claims
All your moving goods are insured by our moving partners.
Your moving goods are insured up to CHF 250,000.
